Job Description
You will join a small friendly office in an interesting and satisfying role. With an extensive loyal client base (business to business resellers), we are seeking a highly motivated energetic, person who will take customer service to a new level of excellence.
Duties will include:
Make outbound calls to appropriate sections of the database as directed
Provide information on specials and other new products
Problem solve any issues and report / provide feedback to management
Identify potential areas of sales growth
Update the database and change details / contact information
When quotes are received, communicate the information to the customer
Contact you customers and establish relationship
