Full Time Laborer - AlarmGuard ADT Security - Toronto, ON

Professional office in growth mode looking for key candidate for next expansion phase.Successful candidate needs to be able to utilize active listening and probing skills to facilitate in a timely resolution for client needs.Customer service experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided. Self – motivating, self – starter also an asset. Positive work ethic a must.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college


• Highly developed customer skills with a focus on active listening.


• Demonstrated and ability to work in a fast paced,detail oriented environment with a strong focus on multi-tasking.


• Proven organizational and personal time management skills in high-volume environment.


• Proven success performing individually and as an active team player.


• Demonstrates positive courteous attitude while being both friendly and professional.


• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)


• Experience conducting business with emphasis on delivering accurate information


• Proven reliability with a consistent record of attendance at work
