Sales Associate - Structube - Don Mills, ON

The sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service in order to ensure an enjoyable retail experience at Structube. Specifically, the individual must provide a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and effectively assist customers in creating a better living space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


• Meet and exceed personal sales goals


• Greet, inform and retain customers


• Display a customer-driven attitude by providing exceptional service


• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness


• Communicate the company’s culture and values to support Structube’s commitment to ensure a positive retail experience


• Give priority to customers before any other task


• Inform customers about product features, availability, use and maintenance, and return and exchange policies

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong interpersonal skills in a customer-driven environment


• Good reading and written language skills


• Ability to prioritize workload


• Ability to move and/or lift up to 65 lbs; heavier merchandise with team assistance
