Security Shift Manager

You will be responsible for leading the supervisory team and staff in the compliance with AGCO regulations and adherence to OLG policies and procedures. You must assist in maintaining good public relations and manage the security operations, administration and staff, including training, hiring, scheduling, supervising and evaluating. You will be responsible for responding to major occurrences, such as fire alarms, bomb threats and evacuations. You assist other departments when required and monitor, develop and review all policies and procedures and ensure all departments are aware of revisions and additions to policies and procedures. You will assume the responsibilities of the Security Manager in their absence. You will lead your team in the compliance with AGCO regulations and adherence to OLG policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will possess:

• a college diploma in Law and Security, Law and Justice, Criminology or a related field, including completion of a management training program


• managerial experience in a related field of three (3) or more years


• strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and managerial skills


• working knowledge of computer software packages


• current CPR and First Aid Certificate along with a Conflict Resolution Training Certificate (or equivalent course)
