Data Verification Agent - Synergy Employment Services - Toronto, ON

The Synergy Student Permit Checking Program (SPC) was set up to assist educational institutions in ensuring that their students are compliant with the program permit requirements of their clinical placement agencies. These requirements can include a student’s public health records, certifications (i.e. N95 Mask Fit testing, First Aid / CPR, and WHMIS), and background check.

Our Data Verification Agents will attend scheduled events on site, meeting with students on a 1:1 basis to verify their program permit documents.

Our Agents Will Be Responsible For:

• Picking up equipment and supplies prior to a scheduled event


• Arriving prior to the event to allow for sufficient time to set up


• Reviewing student program permit documents accurately and in a timely manner


• Accurately entering detailed information into a database system


• Effectively communicating with assigned Synergy personnel via email and phone

Candidates Must Have:

• Previous Working Experience as a –

o Medical Assistant OR
o Medical Lab Technician OR
o Medical Receptionist OR
o Nurse OR
o Occupational Health Worker

• Minimum of 1 year experience in area of expertise


• Ability to work with technology and documentation


• Ability to work in a fast paced environment


• Attention to detail


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Access to a vehicle


• Availability to work on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends as per company requirements


• Two work related references

Pay Rate / Type:

• $18 – 20 / hr
