Overview


The Bilingual Discharge Documentation Administrator is responsible for initiating and completing the mortgage discharge documentation process in the Customer Service department.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare discharge documents for Quebec files within 30-60 days for residential mortgages after loan is paid out

  • Manage and complete daily workflow actions

  • Cross train in the solicitor follow up department with respect to knowledge of the legal aspects of final documents

  • Prepare Discharge Statements on a timely basis

  • Complete special projects as assigned

  • This position requires linguistic fluency. Priority will be given to candidates completely fluent in English and French.

Required Experience
Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Post secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Fluent in both written and oral French and English

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Ability to work quickly and in a timely manner

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods

  • Demonstrated ability to contribute and meet team goals and objectives
