Food and Beverage Representative

You will be responsible to perform all tasks related to food and beverage service in an efficient and professional manner. This includes service in the restaurant, in the kitchen and on the gaming floor, where you must serve patrons efficiently and accurately in accordance to Internal Control Manual policies and procedures while maintaining the cleanliness (removal of dirty dishes, empty glasses, etc.) of your section. In the cook role you will be responsible for preparing all menu items with strict adherence to specifications in a safe and sanitary manner. You must adhere to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and other applicable municipal, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.

The successful candidates will possess:

• A High School diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.


• Requires experience in related field of one (1) or more years specifically in serving and cooking.


• The ability to work and excel in a fast paced large volume business.


• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.


• Previous restaurant experience, preferably in a casino environment.
