They must have very strong communication skills (written and verbal), eager to learn and be able to thrive in a fast- paced environment with minimum supervision. Candidate Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls and department requests
- Register students for classes
- Print and distribute materials required for classes
- Coordinate classes, educators, and distributors
- Process orders, shipping and receiving of small orders
- Inventory, purchase orders, sales
- Coordinating social media, phone, and email marketing campaigns
- Keep literature and other marketing tools up-to-date
- Follow up on calls and emails
- Assist in website content creation
- Continual product and application training
- Administration duties
Key Competencies:
- Detailed oriented, high level of accuracy
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
- Initiative, integrity, adaptability, along with time-management skills
- Must be PC literate with above-average knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent organization, analytical, planning and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional prioritization, customer-relationship skills
Skills considered an asset:
- Working knowledge of CRM or Business Vision (inventory and order program)
- Video editing experience
- Proficiency using Google analytics
- Webinar or online-training experience
