National Experiential Sales Trainer 2016


National experiential marketing and sales agency is seeking a polished and professional sales trainer with minimum 5 years’ experience. Financial products, insurance or telecom sales experience preferred.


 


Responsibilities:


– Leads in-field national sales training programs across Canada.
– Drives training, scheduling and communication strategies to optimize team sales results, engagement and retention.
– Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
– Maintains and supports client relationships by providing information and guidance.
– Position requires up to 40% of work schedule to travel across Canada.


 


Qualifications:


– Proven track record as a top sales performer.
– Minimum of 5 years related experience in sales management/training role.


– Must have experience in face-to-face sales.
– Proven track record in developing, training and motivating sales teams.
– Must possess excellent written and spoken English. French an asset.
– Excels at providing post event analysis and reporting.
– Ability to build strong and productive working relationships.
– Experience in telemarketing, door-to-door sales and financial sales is an asset.
– University or college education preferred.
– Flexible schedule with ability to travel a must.


 


Salary: Up to $60,000 per year
