What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and initiating RIF and RESP Payments, Processing other bookkeeping entries and working on projects and other initiatives when needed. You will utilize your excellent communication and problem solving skills to address issues that may arise from these payments all the time following CRA rules and regulations related around RIFs, RESPs and other registered and non-registered products. As a professional, representing RBC and its values, you will use your skills when dealing with other members of the firm and to address and resolve issues related to the products mentioned above.
What will you do?
- Ensure client requests are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Provide support to other operations members and branches as defined in service level agreement -SLA
- Ability to priorities daily tasks
- Ensure that quality service of processing requests is provided and represent RBC in a professional manner at all times.
- Process client requests for RIF and RESP payments. Update RESP beneficiary and Notional information.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Microsoft Office skills (excel, word, Outlook)
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Self-motivated individual
Nice-to-have
- RESP and RIF knowledge and experience.
- Broadridge experience
- University Degree
- CSC
