Cashier - Roadsport - Toronto, ON
The Service Receptionist/Cashier is responsible for processing payments for work completed or purchase of parts requests, proper reconciliation of repair orders and parts invoices, and the collection of money from Parts and Service transactions in the dealership.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect service repair orders and/or parts invoices for proper completion and accuracy
Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
Perform general administration duties such as answering service calls, file invoices and repair orders, process and facilitate payments from service customers
Qualifications:
A proven track of success in an fast paced role
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
Ability to excel in time management whilst in a fast paced environment
Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
Computer Skills /Internet Savvy – MS Office, Outlook, ADP Dealer Services etc…
