Position: Store Manager/ Sales Rep

Our team is growing fast..! S.W.E.D. Society Dispensaries has everything it takes to be the leader in the medical cannabis industry – the finest facilities, our own quality products and talented people. We are offering a position to supervise the daily operations of S.W.E.D. Retail Dispensaries including but not limited to; ordering, sales, cash handling processes, financial reporting, inventory management, vendor relationships, customer service, regulatory compliance, patient communication, patient education, and patient information management. Company follows healthcare management model, operating under the highest standards of professionalism.


Responsibilities

• Open and close the store accurately and on time

• Maintain and update all online and in-store menus throughout the entire day

• Accurately re-stocking retail inventory

• Sell inventory through point of sales system

• Responsible for receiving and responding to internal communication

• Staying up to date on offers and specials

• Admitting patrons / customers into restricted access areas

• Responding to patient inquiries / contact submissions via email and

• Phone with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy

• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of office space, managing personal workspace

• Receiving inventory accurately

• Filing invoices and creating METRC transport manifests correctly

• Providing knowledgeable customer service with processing and filing patient paperwork while completing patient profiles with all provided information

• Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis

• Closing and completing all EOD reports and procedures

• Staffing, Training and Evaluations

• Oversight of in-store marketing

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Proficiency in MS office products and POS (cashier) systems

• Minimum ten (2) years of retail management experience and management of 5+ individuals.
