Wireless Manager


We are currently looking for a results oriented leader who can engage, inspire and develop a team of sales associates.

OSL (Outsourced Sales Leaders) provides the talent and operational expertise for the wireless division within Walmart. We pride ourselves in creating a superior retail experience, marked with excellent customer service. As a Wireless Store Manager in Walmart, you will have the benefit of meeting the needs of your customers through all the major carrier offerings. Not to mention, the advantage of selling in a high traffic retail environment. You will lead by example and create a team culture that supports inclusivity, collaboration and development.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times

  • Drive sales through an understanding of customer requirements while providing an appropriate product solution

  • Generate interest and awareness by proactively soliciting existing Walmart customers

  • Accountable for achieving operational excellence through ongoing coaching and development of sales associates

  • Responsible for achieving all key performance indicators including sales, customer experience and operational targets

  • Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives

  • Participate in all required training, with a focus on continued personal and professional development

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals

  • Proven track record of leading teams who exceed sales targets/quotas

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role, coaching, performance managing and developing teams

  • Sales and Merchandising and/or wireless experience is an asset

  • Strong listening and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Strong aptitude and comfort level with technology

  • Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends

Physical Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

  • Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
