2, Client Service Representatives - Central - Green Shield Canada - Toronto, ON





· Work with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other internal partners, and be the face of GSC to our clients and plan advisors.

· Speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and solving any issues.

· Educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GSC processes and tools such as plan administration online.

· Play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments, and facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements.

· Attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and general client relationship building events, as required.

· Assist Account Executives and / or Account Managers in plan advisor meetings, including sharing GSC’s capabilities and our value proposition, as well as participate in finalist presentations.

· Run various reports out of the Advantage system as requested by clients, advisors, Account Executives and / or Account Managers.

Competencies and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by the opportunity to be a member of a growing sales team. Candidates will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits and / or related industries.

· Understanding of benefit administration issues, claims processes, and group contracts / booklets.

· A passion for our clients and their plan members, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable presenting GSC in various settings.

· Ability to problem solve and make decisions, and do so with a sharp focus on detail.

· Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and be self-reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the success of the team.

· Be passionate, have a positive attitude, and will enjoy learning from and teaching clients, internal partners, and your teammates.

· Be a member of a highly effective TEAM.

· Be committed, professional, and take ownership & accountability.
