Heavy Duty Cleaner - 2 weeks contract - C&W Services - Toronto, ON

Overview

C&W Services is currently 2 Heavy Duty cleaners for 2 weeks at one of our downtown Toronto locations.The successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager and will perform a variety of custodial duties for CW Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of CW Services.

Physical Tasks

Without assistance, employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20+ pounds, and frequently lift and/or move 25+ pounds.While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to climb stairs, walk, crawl, sit, stand, stoop, bend, squat, push and pull, have full physical dexterity and agility, and have eye/hand coordination.

Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweeping exterior


• Squeegee of glass doors and partitions


• Sweeping and mopping of floors


• Vacuuming carpets


• Emptying of waste receptacles


• Wiping of all stainless steel surfaces.

Requirements:

• Experience with stripping waxing and buffing floors


• Experience with the steam cleaner wash carpets


• Experience with using power washer to wash around the building.

Hours: 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history.
