Key responsibilities of a Shoppers Drug Mart Overnight Supervisor include:

• Manage the overnight customer service functions including cash, cashiers and merchandising function.


• Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines.


• Works with and supervises Merchandising team to maintain store standards (ensuring planograms are implemented, DC order staged and merchandised, set up of seasonal/product displays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school education computer literacy and time management skills is the minimum ,


• ability to read planogram instructions,


• problem solve


• motivate a small teams to complete necessary merchandising and cash functions.


• Must be customer service orientated.

WORK HOURS:
Overnight shift
