Project Manager - Creative Niche - Toronto, ON

This person will be responsible for managing client campaigns including print, out of home, and digital/social projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an agency and enjoy the rush of working on multiple simultaneous fast-moving campaigns!

As an integrated Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating estimates and timelines for projects, and ensuring that both internal and external milestones are met and teams are kept on task.

The Role:

• Creating project estimates and/or SOWs
  


• Managing production timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  


• Participating in project briefing meetings to ensure clear requirements
  


• Organizing and setting clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables
  


• Providing clear and accurate communication, materials and documentation
  


• Creating and managing work and project schedules
  


• Organizing internal reviews and approvals
  


• Gathering and organizing all project related assets on the appropriate servers
  


• Preparing and maintaining project documentation
  


• Attending weekly status meetings
  

The Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in project management in an agency working on print, out of home, display ads, microsites, eNewsletters, and social media
  


• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
  


• Extremely organized with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  


• Positive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
  


• Excellent verbal and written skills
  


• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  


• Experience with project managements tools (ie. Slack, Basecamp, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc)
  


• Experience with presentation tools like PowerPoint, Keynote
  


• Dynamic individual who has energy and enthusiasm, and has an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
