If you are an elite agent with call center experience or have a proven track record in sales as a P&C broker, we are looking for individuals who can take advantage of our modern, technology driven environment. One-on-one training and ongoing support provides you with all the tools and knowledge to make you an asset within a rapidly expanding brokerage.

A competitive salary plus custom-designed incentive compensation package provides self-motivated brokers with the opportunity to contribute towards personal and brokerage-based targets.

We currently have openings for enthusiastic, sales oriented team players with a RIBO Level 1 license and at least 3 years experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Assess new business risks within underwriting guidelines

Must meet or exceed production targets

Cross-selling of additional products

Design and implement networks in datacenters and office environments

Provide friendly, professional service at all times
