Social Media Coordinator Co-op - Canadian Tire - Toronto, ON

This role will support the social media marketing team in areas such as content creation, content scheduling, moderation, data analysis, data entry, and other required support.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with creation of socially engaging content for our channels

  • Schedule posts through Adobe Social

  • Moderate customer comments on all channels

  • Weekly data extraction and data entry of social analytics

  • Work cross functionally across the department and corporation

  • Work on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, canadiantire.ca, Sysomos, and more

  • Through training, become familiar with existing CT web applications and leverage them in support of digital initiatives

  • Work within digital projects and provide support

Qualifications

  • Aptitude for digital marketing including technology and execution of campaigns

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage short-term and long-term projects simultaneously
