Heavy duty cleaner needed
Residential high-rise building looking for experienced cleaner
Position requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationship with tenants, internal staff, contractors, suppliers and public.
Live out position. Work 40 hours per week with statutory holidays and two weeks paid vacation per year.
Self-motivated, professional and flexible. Must be able to communicate in English. Reports to the site staff.
Ensures that building standards are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner. Applicants must have knowledge of cleaning buildings and must be able to work independently.
Follows instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies, able to follow the cleaning schedule, report concerns and irregularities to the administrator.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsible for the appearance of the property and for the safety and convenience of the residents and guests.
