Customer Service / Receptionist - FlexoPartners Inc - Scarborough, ON

The Customer Service Representative will ensure that customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. Daily duties would include: screen and transfer inbound calls, resolve customer queries, enter and track orders, liaise between customer and production regarding orders, prepare documents and arrange shipping services.

Graphic skills are a major asset. There is no creativity involved, but your skills are utilized: modify art, set up art proofs, print labels and send proofs to customers.

Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

Required Skills:
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator on a PC Platform.
Excellent English – verbal and written..
Must have well-developed interpersonal skills to deal with customers.
Must be detail oriented and have excellent math skills.
Flexible to assist other team members.
Strong work ethic and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
