Required experience:
- 5 years of landscaping experience
- Must enjoy working outdoors and have team spirit
- Good physical condition
- Capable to work under pressure, meet deadlines, complete repetitive tasks & pay attention to details
- Knowledge of plant recognition and care
- Valid G license
- Horticultural Technician/Apprenticeship Certification is an asset
- Ability to support, manage & supervise a crew during projects
- Strong work ethic and good people person
- Excellent communication skills
