Office Assistant - Promotional Marketing Solutions - Newmarket, ON






We are looking for a multi-tasking, multi-skilled, easy-going individual who can assist various team members in the office and provide general clerical tasks. This individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office with most focus on Word and Excel. Knowledge of Corel or Adobe Illustrator as well as Purchase Order experience would be an asset.
You must have a confident and pleasant phone manner and be able to jump from task to task with ease. You will be providing back up support as needed for all departments within the office. This individual should have at least 1 year office experience.
