This role is demanding and fast paced, requiring an individual who can manage a large number of incoming lines at one time. In the role of receptionist you are often the first point of contact for clients and stakeholder organizations. Your approach and attitude sets the tone for the client/provider relationship. As the receptionist you must understand and practice the principles of being customer focused. The receptionist is personable, enthusiastic and has a genuine spirit to help others. The receptionist is responsible for directing all incoming calls and visitors at the location and performs clerical duties as required. |
