Duties

-Order Entry
-Taking Customer calls and taking down correct orders
-Following up with orders via email and phone

Qualifications-

Good Customer Service
-Self Composure when confronted on issues by a demanding or Irate customer.
-Great Oral and Written Skills in English and in French
-Eager to learn
37.5 hours work week. Monday – Friday with some overtime.Full Benefits starting after 3 months.
