The Position

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our cleaning teams as Team Members or Team Leaders – the front line of our business! • Must be in good physical condition in order to do a variety of physical work on a daily basis


• Must be bondable (a background record check is required for this position)

Additional Qualifications for Team Leaders

• Valid Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license and a clean driving record


• Effective communication and leadership skills

Time Commitments

Team Members and Team Leaders are expected to work Monday – Saturday, rotational shifts, with flexibility. All staff must meet at the AspenClean office in the York Mills Plaza area in the mornings, and will be expected to work approximately between 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Occasional overtime will be required.

Training

In order to ensure the highest quality of service that our company has become famous for, we provide full paid training in residential cleaning. Each new staff member is required to learn the unique AspenClean cleaning processes. The most efficient cleaning techniques, time management skills, and proper use of AspenClean products are just a few examples of many areas covered during training.

Compensation

Team Members : $12-14/hr + Paid Travel Time + Bonus + Assistance with Commuting Team Leaders: $15-17/hr + Paid Travel Time + Bonus + Company Car + Company Cell Phone

Our employees are paid a higher rate for their cleaning time and a lower rate for travel time – all hours are paid for. Pay is subject to personal taxes withholding. The Employment Insurance and Canada Pension Plan benefits are paid on behalf of each employee. In addition to regular pay, each employee is entitled to all statutory holiday pay, as well as vacation.
