Montreal Food Photographer - Platterz - Toronto, ON

Who You Are:
We’re looking for a passionate food photographer in Montreal to take exciting pictures of our vendors’ food.

Your job will be to represent Platterz on-site at different restaurant and catering establishments in Montreal, and photograph the vendor’s best dishes for our website.

We’ll rely on you to work with and evolve our food photography guidelines to achieve beautiful, exciting, and mouth-watering shots.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with Platterz and restaurant owners to schedule photoshoots


• Work within Platterz guidelines to photograph vendor’s best dishes


• Help to style dishes as needed (e.g. garnish placement, complimentary props, wiping sauces, etc.


• Edit photos to match Platterz guidelines


• Upload RAW and JPEG files for review


• Help with minor post-shoot editing (some cropping or light touch-ups if needed)

About You:

• At least 3 years of food photography experience


• A professional camera, lenses, and tripod (80mm lens, RAW); lighting optional


• Passionate about food, photography, and food photography!


• Experience with food styling a strong bonus


• Comfortable with Lightroom and Photoshop


• Able to travel around Montreal and arrive to shoots on time with your own equipment
