IPPINKA (www.ippinka.com) stands for functional, long-lasting, and well-made products for your life. We carefully curate products from designers and makers all over the world. We also design and develop our own products. People who love design come to our store for their home and lifestyle.

Started locally in Toronto, IPPINKA’s mission is to spread and provide Good Design. We are a small team with a strong passion to methodically experiment, learn, and develop. We are looking for an individual who has a unique blend of design skills, hands-on prototyping experience, and small-batch manufacturing knowledge. If your are a motivated individual who is seeking an exciting and unconventional challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Role:
– Design new products that solve a problem in our everyday life
– Develop prototypes and iterate to arrive at solutions
– Engage with manufacturers to determine the best way to produce a product

Requirements:
– You have a good understanding of user-centered design principles
– Technically apt and have a high learning aptitude
– Effective communicator of ideas and feedback

Skills:
– 2D and 3D CAD
– Prototyping experience
– Small-batch manufacturing & materials knowledge
– Photoshop & Illustrator
