Project Manager - Insight Restoration Inc. - Toronto, ON

Insight Restoration Inc. is currently seeking a hardworking, motivated and dedicated Project Manager to manage our team and projects.

Current Opportunities: One (1) Full Time position
Hours: 35 hrs/week (Salary)
Salary: $42,000 – $58,800 (Based on Experience & Performance)

A Project Manager is responsible for mitigating loss and returning affected properties to a pre-loss condition by responding to emergency water damage emergencies / claims and other restoration related duties. The work environment is competitive, fast-paced and will require an enthusiastic individual to help contribute to our success.

Insight Restoration Inc. services the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) condominiums, commercial spaces and their insurance carriers.
We guarantee 1hr. fast emergency response. No loss is to small or to big for our team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· 2+ years’ experience with restoration, construction or similar work environment· IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and/or Fire Damage Restoration (FSRT) is an asset
– 2+years’ experience in dealing with Insurance Carriers, Indipendent Adjusters, Property Managers, Property Owners and Tenants.
· Must be able to operate company-owned vehicle
· Must be able to work after hours and holidays as necessary
· Must be able to take part in on-call schedule (rotation)
· Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
· Valid Class G – Ontario Driver’s License without any restrictions required
· Adept at working with a wide variety of individuals including property managers and insurance agents.
· High level of initiative and attention to detail
· Team player with ability to work independently
