Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the product and technology evaluation stage of the sales process, primarily through detailed product demonstrations. The Sales Engineer will work in conjunction with the sales team and prospects as the

key

product advocate and technical advisor for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate product and technology positioning to both business and technical users. The Sales Engineer must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the

sales cycle and identify any issues to assure complete customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will:

• Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  


• Responsible for representing the product to customers in web meetings, in face to face presentations and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  


• RAble to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  

Must Have Skills / Qualifications:

• Computer Science Degree or equivalent
  


• 1+ years of experience on software sales teams
  


• Significant expertise in customer / market-facing software sales positions as both individual contributor and sales leader
  


• Ability to build deep trust with internal teammates and end customer executives
  


• Technical acumen to interface with technologists, understand complex concepts and translate in a way that businesses stakeholders can understand
  


• SaaS/eCommerce sales is a plus
  


• Experienced in using structured sales methodologies for selling to large accounts
  


• Professional maturity to lead the way and manage skillfully through long sales cycles
  


• Must be a hands-on sales executive
  

Nice to Have Skills / Qualifications:

• eCommerce industry knowledge
  


• Experience in sales, marketing, or support for Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies
  


• Passion or interest in the technology industry
