Administrative Office Assistant - Ashdee Construction Inc. - Toronto, ON





Overview:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Part Time Administrative Associate is involved in the day-to-day operations of the financial centre, with responsibility for internal mail handling, as well as ordering supplies and technology service/maintenance. Other responsibilities will include greeting, servicing clients on the phone and in the office. We are looking for a candidate interested in growing and developing their career.

Accountabilities:


  • Providing a high level of defined administrative services and support to visitors, clients, business partners and the management team

  • Contributing as an operations team member, and on an individual basis

  • Overseeing day-to-day premise, furniture and equipment maintenance

  • Ensuring compliance standards are met within the office

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma

  • Computer skills, including ability to operate job-related Sears/PC systems, data entry and retrieval, word processing, basic spreadsheet applications, etc

  • A minimum of 6 months of previous work experience

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
