Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time

Salary: Hourly Salary plus Detailing Commission

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.): Detailing experience is an asset.

Experience: 2 years, will also get training

Languages: Speak English, Read English

Work Setting: Automobile interior (detailing), Automobile exterior

Type of Cleaning Experience: Automobiles/trucks, Upholstery

Type of Equipment: Chemical cleaning equipment, Pressure cleaners, Polishing machines, Waxing machines, Power tools, Pressure washers

Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Work with minimal supervision, Operate cleaning machines, Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles, Automobile detailing, Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces, Vacuum floors, Wax and polish floors, Shampoo upholstery

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks

Work Site Environment: Wet/damp

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity license check, Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, valid driver’s license

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
