Food Services Cashier - Ripley's Entertainment - Toronto, ON





Reporting to the Food Services Manager, the Customer Service Cashier for the Ripley’s Café is responsible for accurately overseeing cash flow by monitoring proper record of transactions. The Customer Service Cashier is expected to greet all the Guests

and provide a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The individual will also be responsible for insuring that all food items are neatly stocked, all counters are tidy, and that the eating areas are properly cleaned.

Please remember that due to the nature of our business, we work when others play in an attraction that is open 365 days of the year! You will be expected to be regularly available to work any shift during, before, or after the hours of operation.


Critical Accountabilities:


• Smile and greet every Guest.

• Accurately complete all sales transactions.

• Assist in stocking food items on the shelves

• Assist in maintaining overall neatness and cleanliness.

• Answer Guest inquires.

• Promote and up-sell Ripley’s Café products.


Special Skills and Requirements:


• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

• Prior cash handling experience is required.

• Excellent customer service skills is essential.

• Proven ability to problem solve.

• Should be able to work in fast pace and team environment.

• Must be able to adapt to different situations.

• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
