Job Description
The Analytics Solutions design team provides a key component of IBM design thinking to drive customer success, deliver holistic product experiences, and tackle new and exciting challenges related to data visualizations.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with design team to create holistic experiences ensuring content produced is consistent in terms of style, quality, tone and voice, and optimized for user experience
Define, conceive and implement robust insight-led content strategies
Use metric tracking and analytics to inform content strategy and to measure its effectiveness
Conduct content gap analysis to determine and drive content purpose
Develop sitemaps and content architecture for various areas of the product
Collaborate with our research team to learn user requirements, workflow and discover product feedback through interviews and user testing
Demonstrate a clear pride of ownership by communicating content strategies to assist with product development and goals
Write, create and edit content
Establish workflows for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, cataloguing and retiring content
This role will involve working with technology that is covered by embargo Export Regulations. If you are a Foreign National from any of the following embargoed countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position. Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a content strategist in a tech environment
Social media and digital content distribution channels experience
At least 5 years experience with information architecture methodologies
