Our brokerage is currently looking for a new Full Time Fulfillment Officer.
Details of Position:
- 40 hrs a week
- Mon to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Saturday schedule should be open if assigned by the brokerage.
- Two year commitment contract with 3 months probation.
Requirements:
- To be accurate in the handling of all setup, processing exception and fulfillment functions.
- Good communication, organizational skills and ability prioritize duties on the daily basis are essential
- Ability to work in pressure situations, due to high volumes, limited time frames and ensure priority processing.
- Strong team building skills to ensure co-operative working relationship with co-workers.
- Work independently with little direction.
- Previous Administrative experience is an asset.
- Min 1 yr of financial experience
Accountability and Objectives:
- Assume ownership of mortgage once commitment issued
- Create Pegasus Portfolio Accurately as per the portfolio checklist
- Review commitments in full, discuss commitment with Pegasus Credit Analyst when assuming ownership and list all documents pending/received in Fulfilment Checklist
- Scan all checklists and store in appropriate deal folders
- Sorting &Scanning docs and properly sending them to lenders to meet mortgage conditions
- Until a file broker complete status is received you will ensure multiple follow ups with the underwriter on a daily basis to obtain File broker complete status
- Ensure that the final fulfillment checklist is completed once file is broker complete
- Ensure daily follow up on all mortgage transactions in pipeline with all parties involved underwriters and mortgage agents
- Ensure daily updates are provided on all mortgage transactions in pipeline with all parties involved underwriters and mortgage agents
- All daily emails and tasks to be completed on same day and not left for the next day
- All supporting documents to be sent out to lenders on the same day and not left for the next day
- Each time you communicate with the lender in regards to fulfillment of documents an email has to be sent to the agent to constantly give them an update.
- Ensure all fee directions are sent to lawyers via email and follow up subsequently on confirmation of receipt by the lawyer of the direction
- Order appraisals on NAS and Solidifi Portal. Follow up with agent/appraisal so that appraisal is done in a timely manner. Ensure lender has a copy of the appraisal link and ensure you have confirmation from the lender that an appraisal has been received and approved.
- Audit completed mortgage files
- Help Pegasus Mortgage Administrator and other staff on tasks as per brokerage needs.
- Brokerage has the right to add any additional tasks as needed.
