Position 1 :

Meat / Kitchen Production / General Assistant/ Assistant Cook, Kitchen Service Assistant

• Duties:

Meat Assistant: Cutting, packing, displaying and selling merchandise as well as maintaining inventory and quality of merchandise. Kitchen Production Assistant: Cleaning, cutting, marinating and other food preparation work. General Assistant: Delivering fast and accurate check-out service, as well as providing courteous support in customer enquiry.

Assistant Cook: Responsible to make stir fry and deep fired dishes, preparation, and clean with minimum 1 year of restaurant or food court stir fry experience.

Kitchen Service Assistant: Delivering efficient counter sales services, packaging, as well as providing courteous support in customer enquiry

• Requirements:

• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays

• Reliable and hard working; friendly and have a passion to serve our customers

• Interested to develop his/her career in the supermarket industry

• Be prepared to hands on dealing with meat products and lifting of products of 40 pounds on a regular basis

• Proficient in English; Knowledge of basic conversational Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

• Position 2: Seafood Assistant, Produce/ Grocery Assistant

• Duties:

Seafood Assistant: Seafood Assistant plays a key role in cutting, packing, displaying, selling as well as maintaining inventory and quality of seafood products.

Produce Assistant: Loading, packing, stocking and display merchandise on shelves as well as providing courteous support in general customer enquiry.

Grocery Assistant: Loading, packing, stocking and display merchandise on shelves as well as providing courteous support in general customer enquiry

• Requirements:

• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays

• Reliable and hard working; friendly and have a passion to serve our customers • Interested to develop his/her career in the supermarket industry

• Able to lift 40 pounds

• Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
