Omega Superior Maintenance is looking to fill a janitorial service position for an upcoming contract. Please be ready to interview immediately.
Candidate Background: The candidate must have commercial cleaning experience in either a condominium or office building setting, or have residential experience and is motivated to learn about the commercial cleaning world.
Candidate Attitude: Candidate must be friendly, hard working, energetic, personable and most importantly must be reliable and on time. We are also looking for a team player that works well with others, as well as on their own. A positive attitude is what we seek!
Job Skills: The job position entails mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, garbage collection, dusting, and bathroom cleaning as well as other duties usually included in a commercial cleaning setting. Candidate must be in reasonable physical shape, as the role requires many hours walking, standing, bending and crouching.
Education and Language Skills: Communication is important with both managers and building operators so the candidate must be able to communicate very well in English. A High School Diploma, or equivalent, is desired.
Cleaning Experience: Ideally a minimum of 1 year commercial or residential cleaning.
References: References from previous jobs are highly desirable.
Remuneration: Working arrangement – employee or sub-contractor – and hourly remuneration rates to be discussed at the interview.
