Accountabilities:
The Chief Analyst, Business Intelligence will be responsible for:
- Working with our Business Intelligence team on implementing our data strategy
- Managing the data and reporting needs of the business
- Ensuring data integrity
- Participating in the development of existing databases and technical design of new features.
- Building tools to streamline business processes
- Monitoring and optimizing the performance and maintaining the security of databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math or Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience writing SQL queries and VBA
- Advanced knowledge of SQL server, database fundamentals and business intelligence platforms
- Proficient in MS Suite: Office: Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in delivering complex qualitative and quantitative information with clarity and precision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task between various projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and be able to work well both independently and within a team with limited supervision
Although only one level is posted, the manager has the flexibility to position the successful candidate in a lower level according to his profile.
