Accountabilities:


The Chief Analyst, Business Intelligence will be responsible for:


  • Working with our Business Intelligence team on implementing our data strategy

  • Managing the data and reporting needs of the business

  • Ensuring data integrity

  • Participating in the development of existing databases and technical design of new features.

  • Building tools to streamline business processes

  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance and maintaining the security of databases.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math or Computer Science or equivalent

  • 3-5 years relevant experience writing SQL queries and VBA

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL server, database fundamentals and business intelligence platforms

  • Proficient in MS Suite: Office: Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in delivering complex qualitative and quantitative information with clarity and precision

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Able to multi-task between various projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented and be able to work well both independently and within a team with limited supervision

Although only one level is posted, the manager has the flexibility to position the successful candidate in a lower level according to his profile.
