Sunny C Ho Law Office in Richmond Hill is hiring for a Full-Time Real Estate Legal Assistant Position on a One-Year Contract Commencing July 2016

* Minimum two years of experience working in real estate files
* Manage files from start to finish in the real estate closing process
* Prepare documentation for real estate closings
* Coordinate closings between buyers, sellers, banks and real estate brokers
* Proficient with Teraview, PC Law, computer skills including MS Word, Outlook
* Fluent in English language and conversational Cantonese.
