10 Machine Operators in North York

One of our clients specialized in Foams Products is looking for 10 Machine Operators in North York area.

Duties:

• Ability to set up/assemble and operate processing machine(s) and support equipment


• Change blades per schedule, adjust pressure and alignments, tension and flow of material


• Troubleshoot stoppages and breakdowns


• Perform quality checks of material being produced and complete related documentation


• Complete daily production paperwork


• Feed a variety of raw materials into the machinery as per the production schedule


• Ensure the high quality standards of our products are met or exceeded and urgently address any issues that compromise quality


• Maintain safe operations for the equipment and workers


• Maintain smooth operations for the assigned lines


• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems


• Ensure the assigned working area is clean and safe, which may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.


• Use measuring instruments


• Clean plate with scraper


• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures.


• Assembly of carbon brushes.
