Crew Scheduling Administrator - Sunwing Airlines - Toronto, ON






RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensuring that safety is the primary objective by adhering to the Sunwing safety policy and utilizing the appropriate safety reporting program in order to identify and communicate all known hazards and risks to the organization.

  • Ensuring continual improvement through the periodic review of documented processes.

  • Ensuring flight credit compliance of the scheduling software system to the collective agreements.

  • Completing monthly flight credit and pay audits.

  • Communicate with crew members in relation to credit inquiries in accordance to the collective agreements.

  • Tracking Duty Day extension reports.

  • Data entry and statistical reporting for flight time, credit, sick and monthly hours.

  • Administer the FCM and CCM Collective Agreements.

  • Supporting Crew Scheduling during irregular operations.

  • Additional tasks as assigned by Manager, Crew Scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; courteous telephone manner.

  • Organized, task oriented, and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines within a time-sensitive environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Strong analytic and mathematic proficiency.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision.

  • Previous airline operational experience considered an asset.

  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
