Seeking Driver for Rehabilitation clinic
Must present to the clinic with the following:

• A copy of a valid driver’s license


• A drivers abstract


• Have an “endorsement” letter from your insurance company to transport patients


• Valid Insurance for the province of Ontario

Ø This would suite a retired or semi-retired person
Ø The position is part-time
Ø Remuneration will be discussed at the interview
Ø May require early morning or early evening transportation of patients ( depends on the schedule)
Ø Must like to drive, interact with your clients, friendly, and enjoy the public as a whole
Ø Must present well, have a clean car
