Currently, we are looking for unique individuals who prefer repetitive manual labour, have good hand/eye coordination, pride themselves in quality work,and enjoy being part of a team.The ideal candidates will assume the role of Automotive Masking Technician and upon completion of training will apply the appropriate masking techniques to assure a seamless paint finish. Candidates must be detailed oriented, have the ability to remain focused, and can multitask to accommodate shifting priorities.

Duties include:

• Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible.


• Ability and willingness to follow standardized production processes.


• Masking vehicles prior to and following the paint process.


• Assisting Automotive Painters with maintenance of spray booths.


• Assisting Automotive Refinishing Technicians as required.


• Striving to meet the target delivery dates in the time allotted to get the job done.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma


• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.


• A strong work ethic – which includes reporting to work as scheduled and on time.


• A willingness to follow Ontario Health & Safety Regulations, including the wearing of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).


• PREVIOUS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED, WILLING TO TRAIN IF COMMITMENT IS SERIOUS.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage


• Benefits upon completion of three (3) month probationary period.
