We are currently looking for full time waiters/waitress’ at a Hakka/Indian/Thai Fusion Chinese restaurant on the intersection of Erin Mills Pkwy and Millcreek in Mississauga. Some experience is a plus but not required.
Pay Rate:
First day training is paid so long you provide actual service during your first day.
Initially $12/Hour at introductory. Increases as you become more experienced.
Once more experienced and have ability to take orders, serve, and provide customer service to required standards pay can go up to $16/Hour. The more senior employee you are the higher the pay rate.
As a waiter you are :
Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Must be enthusiastic and must posses the ability to muti-task and be well groomed.
Technical Responsibilities
– Suggests food and beverages
– To be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.
– Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.
– Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.
– Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen
– Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.
– Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times.
