SALES DIRECTOR - GNIGAMI - Vistek - Toronto, ON

Based in downtown Toronto, Gnigami is a Canadian distributor of photographic and video equipment to both national retailers and specialty stores across Canada.

PRIMARY FUNCTION :

As a fully-featured position, you will drive the operation, growth and success of Gnigami Ltd. You will direct and work with all facets of the business.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES (but not limited to);

• Build and manage a team of Agents geographically placed according to markets, across Canada
  


• Ensure products are properly introduced and marketed throughout Canada
  


• Manage dealer relationships, provide dealer training
  


• Support the dealer network in various marketing initiatives such as signage, brochures, in-store specials and dealer training.
  


• Development of pricing strategies and ensuring the models are adhered to.
  


• Negotiate deals with Buying Groups.
  

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS;

• Undergraduate degree in related field
  


• Exceptional Sales success, including sales team management
  


• Successful sales management career within consumer electronics or photo wholesale distribution environments.
  


• Previous experience with Big box stores as well as specialty stores from a distributor perspective: possesses contacts within these areas
  


• Experience in developing dealer programs
