Position Description:

• Take guest orders in a clear and pleasant manner, and communicate back options and promotions.


• Efficient and pleasant service at the cash station.


• Prep food and assemble guest orders.


• Maintain a work place free from discrimination & harassment and ensure on-the-job safety.


• Ensure a customer centric environment; provide pleasant, quick, efficient and accurate service and resolve customer service issues.


• Adherence to all restaurant operation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Retail or quick service restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment an asset.


• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing


• Flexible Availability, Prefer Open Availability
